The plan for 9900 Belward Campus Drive is to take advantage of the dramatic shortage of lab/research inventory and to renovate and reposition the property as a biotech building. The project consists of Lab ready improvements for the building and complete fit out of the third floor.
Riparius performed the phased renovation of more than 40,000 square feet in a four-story building, converting office space to laboratories. The project includes fitout of laboratories and offices on three floors in a partially occupied building, plus upgrades to the elevator cabs, and corridors and lobbies on all four floors.
