The renovation of this 300,000 square foot existing warehouse in York Pennsylvania included the infill of an interior loading area to create a new exterior loading area with 10 overhead doors and dock levelers along with repair, replacement and reconfiguration of an additional 26 dock doors. Interior work included replacing the existing administrative offices, separation of the warehouse to provide a new tenant space, and interior painting of existing perimeter warehouse walls. Riparius also demolished an ancillary structure on the site and repaired and sealed the drives and parking areas around the entire facility.
