DAP Products hired Riparius to perform the phased renovation of 5,800 square feet of space in their R&D laboratory. This was on the 2nd floor of their headquarters facility on Boston Street in the busy Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. Temporary partitions were installed to allow DAP employees to continue their work while each phase of renovation took place. The project included all new laboratory casework and fume hoods, walls, ceilings, floor finishes, and light fixtures.
