Riparius Construction created major upgrades to the athletic facilities for Gilman School, a private preparatory K-12 school for boys in the Roland Park neighborhood of Baltimore. Riparius has also performed interior renovations. The projects include a new Pre-K classroom, a College Counseling center, Lower School renovations, fitness center, and the relocation of the school bookstore. The new bookstore is located in what was office space, and includes a new exterior entrance and landscaping.
Riparius Construction is currently undertaking the 40,000-sf renovation of two buildings at The Gilman School. The renovations include two buildings on Gilman’s campus, Callard Hall 34,000 sf and Carey Hall 6,000 sf. Renovations include complete restoration of window sills in Library in Carey Hall, classrooms, offices and hallways. More renovations to take place over the summer of 2024.
