Riparius is the Construction Manager for the improvements to the Kenworth truck service center.
Phase one of the project is the construction of a new 10,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building to house an expanded service center.
Phase two renovates the existing 12,000 square foot facility which houses service bays and office space. Upgrades to the service area include new epoxy flooring and garage doors. The office area receives new finishes and storefront doors. The entire building receives electrical and fire alarm upgrades. The offices and service center remain operational during renovations.
