Riparius recently completed 20,000 SF. Lab ready tenant improvement project for Guardian Realty. The project consisted of phased interior demolition and the demolition of a skybridge. Phased interior tenant fit outs which include corridors, restrooms, lobby and a new Amenity area. Upgraded Mechanical, electrical and plumbing with the addition of an emergency generator.
