Riparius performed preconstruction and construction management services to renovate an existing structure at 16 S. Poppleton Street into a new Community Engagement Center for the University of Maryland-Baltimore. The work involved a complete gutting and interior reconstruction of a 100-year-old, 23,000 sq ft, 3-story building. Historical elements of the façade were preserved.
