Riparius performed pre-construction and construction services for a new one-story YMCA totaling 28,000 square feet. It features a variety of fitness studios, a rock climbing wall, locker rooms, office spaces, and a childcare facility.
Riparius later constructed an 18,000 square foot pre-engineered building to serve as a multipurpose facility. This building contains an Olympic swimming pool, a family pool, locker rooms, and exercise rooms.
