Riparius has been awarded a contract to construct an 11,690-square foot, two-story Kiddie Academy in Urbana, MD. The scope of work includes full site development of a 5.7-acre site. The exterior architecture of the Kiddie Academy building was designed to complement an existing historic building located on site. The Landon House, originally built around 1849, is the centerpiece of the site and will be restored.
