Riparius has started construction on a phased renovation of two laboratory spaces into state of the art Electrophysiology testing and operating rooms at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The 3,000 square foot renovation is being performed off-hours in an occupied hospital setting. The work includes lead lined doors and walls, structural steel, and complete new mechanical and electrical systems to support the specialized Skytron and Philips medical equipment.
