Riparius is constructing a new mixed-use building in Northwest Washington, DC. It is a 4-story, 42,000 square foot wood-framed structure with below grade parking level, ground floor retail, and 36 apartment units on floors 2 through 4, with a green roof. The scope of work includes demolition of an existing single-story building, extensive shoring, and sitework on a busy urban street.
