Riparius is the Construction Manager for the renovation of 20,600 sf show room, offices and restrooms and new exterior curtain wall façade and canopy. The work includes: demolition, concrete, stamped concrete, structural steel, millwork, caulking, EIFS, roofing, ACM, curtain wall, store fronts, glass/glazing, doors, framing, hardware, overhead doors, drywall, ceilings, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Construction will begin in 2024. We are excited to work with Norris Honda on this renovation.
