Contract: $7 Million

Riparius was the Construction Manager for a new two-story, 8,400 square foot building for the Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Teams for Johns Hopkins University. The building’s structure is a hybrid of cast-in-place concrete for the lower level and steel framing for the upper level. The façade is brick veneer and curtainwall.
