Riparius provided Construction Management services for a phased renovation of the Maryland Athletic Club. The first phase constructed a two-story, 6,000 square foot masonry/steel addition which houses new cardio and strength training facilities, nutrition offices, personal training and a Mind-Body studio. Phase 2 created a 20,000 square feet, one story addition for a 50,000 gallon, 3′-6′ deep swimming pool.
