W.R. Grace’s new corporate headquarters in Columbia, Maryland is a three-story facility with high-end finishes throughout. It includes the CEO’s office, corporate boardroom, conference rooms, auditorium, offices, kitchen and dining facilities, and a basement storage facility. This project was built to LEED Gold standards, and the sitework includes porous paving and bioretention ponds for water quality.
